Tomorrow

Tomorrow should be a better day--Melba will hopefully sleep through the night with a sleep aid and we will check in with her primary care doctor for a general going-over, flu shot and whatever else he can come up with to speed the healing process.

Many thanks to those who called or wrote emails today...the good words are all appreciated by Meb and by the family. She is a strong gal--a Marine after all--and we are encouraged by her attitude and her continuing cooperation with the Phoenix Police Dept. (They are 'still working the case,' per the lead detective.)

Our thoughts go out to those of you battling the storm and flooding in NoCA...and those in SoCA who are at the mercy of mudslides. Take care and be safe.
